Recovery Tool of Dell OS
Hello everyone,, I have some problems with my laptop and i try to reinstall Windows.Im using this Dell OS Recovery Tool but after it downloads some thing (in app while windows is running),after i restart the laptop and i get to that Cloud Restore it get stuck at 0% overall.I let it like that for 3hrs nothing happened.Plz how can i make it work ?

Thank you for your message. What is the system model & the OS you are trying to download?
If it is Windows 10, have you tried the OS recovery tool from this link
