New Post marked as spam. Is the spam filter good enough ??
I have been a member of Dell forums for some years, and have posted on and off. Suddenly, the new thread that i started today has a problem. When i clicked on post, i got a yellow box saying "Marked as SPAM. IF you feel this is an error, submit an abuse report." So, i sent a message to the moderator. I have not heard back. I am wondering why my thread (shown here) has been marked as SPAM and how to publish it.
Thanks for the help.

Your initial post subject line included the not allowed word for what a vacuum cleaner does.

Thank you. Who would have thought that the four letter word for vacuuming mouth is prohibited by the SPAM filter. This process in Dell forums needs to be stream lined a bit more, so that posts do not get held up for hours (until a moderator has time to look at it). Hopefully someone from DELL or a moderator will pass these feedbacks to tech team of dell website maintenance.

I just realized that i used the four letter word only in this thread topic (and modified it immediately when i realized that it would not show up). But the thread that got held up by the SPAM filter was created prior to this thread. And that thread (which you pointed out in your earlier reply) did not have any four letter words. So, i am still at a loss to figure out WHY that thread was marked as SPAM. There is something fishy about this new SPAM filter.

Same problem for me. But, I didn't press the submit the abuse report button, instead I pressed the browser back button in the hope I could get back to the reply that I had spent 20 minutes writing and copy the text to the clipboard to save what I had written.
Now I'm looking for a way to recover the lost reply or find the 'submit the abuse report'.
Is there a way to recover the reply that the system has rejected?
Very frustrated by this. Forums are meant to help and are not meant to frustrate.

Hi raynerph,
As I replied to your earlier post... I'm unable to locate the rejected reply in any of the quarantine or spam filters. It is possible that since you posted multiple times in succession it triggered the filters to mark your post as spam. Not sure if another moderator moved your post live or not, but I can't find it.
If you need additional assistance, please contact me privately. Thanks.

Robert P ,
The rejected reply has now appeared in the community thread 'Inspiron 7537 video driver fails to install'. Not sure what happened or how it was recovered, but many thanks for your offer of help. :-)
Regards.
