EGift Card Scam
Purchased 2 TV's in June, one was under a $300 gift card promotion. Now I am being told the promotion was not valid at the time of purchase and am being asked if I have a screenshot? I followed up 3 times to ask about the delivery of my card, each time told it was 20 days post delivery, never told it was not eligible.
Is this a scam from Dell?
Please help

same here. I'm waiting for my $150 for LG 65 Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV 65UJ6300 UHD TV as well (purchased more than a month) and the agent Ahmed Yusuf never answered me back for updates and closed the service request without giving me any proper reply.
Please help.

Dell gift card is a scam. They will never issue it.
