I think accidentally my reset windows original files has been deleted

i was resenting my laptop (dell Inspiron 7548) original windows using the dell backup and recovery tool by using the option reset factory. and after that I was checking to reset it through the dell backup and recovery software but this option was not included and I tried t do it through windows software search and this message was shown ( could not find the recovery environment) i think that the windows files has been deleted. Is there any option to restore these original files ?
