Hebrew/gibberish Win10 Dell Image
Hello
We received a number of Dell desktops (Optiplex 5070) and laptops (Latitude 7300).
They came preinstalled with Windows 10 (version 1903). The image installed was the Dell image.
There are a few programs that show gibberish instead of the Hebrew fonts.
I reinstalled a few pcs with the official Dell image from the Dell support website and the issue still exists.
I then downloaded Windows 10 (1903) from Microsoft and the issue is resolved.
The language was set to Hebrew for non-Unicode programs.
Please note I have more than 50 pcs to install and I don’t want to reinstall them all.

There is no more windows ultimate and therefore you cannot change language without downloading the language pack.

Thanks for your replay.
I want to stay with English OS, but som softwares need to work in Hebrew

also, I was downloaded the Hebrew language pack, and changed the OS to Hebrew.
som softwares still had gibberish.
