inspirion 5570

Hi

i have a problem on my laptop 5570 core i7 when i open any game after the game open it will crashed and my cpu can't overclock to 4.0 ghz only 1.99 and the gpu amd the maximum memory clock is 1125 mhz 

I was tried to install intel watchog driver from dell website but when i was install it send me massege could't work on this platfourm and dell support assistant when i run it will crash I tried downgrade bios from 1.2.3 but has been blocked

please help
