P2418HT, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Hub controller driver?

Hi,

We have a number of P2418HT monitors all connected to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit O/S. Device Manager shows an uninstalled driver (as below):

This appears once we plug in the USB 3.0 upstream cable. I have downloaded the correct driver for the monitor and O/S from Here but this hasn't changed.

Any ideas where I can find this driver or is there a patch/fix required from Microsoft which needs to be installed?

Here is the Hardware ID too:

Thanks,

Dan

@Danny-J  I'm not 100% sure on this, but that driver you found might only be for the display panel and touchscreen, not the integrated USB 3.0 hub. And Windows 7 doesn't have native support for USB 3.0.  That arrived with Windows 8.  There are USB 3.0 controller drivers for Windows 7, but they had to be developed by the individual vendors who created those products since there was no native OS-level support.  And maybe Dell or whoever makes the USB 3.0 hub controller in that display never developed or provided them?
