XPS 15 absolutely atrocious

I don't know where to begin, mac failed in April this year so I bought a dell, display broke in June, had to send it in, the whole process took 14 days, so there goes 14 days I can't work. October charging jack broke So took 5 days to get fixed, so that's 5 days I can't work. Then right on Christmas eve the charging port broke again great now I'm waiting another 11 days to get fixed so 11 days can't work. The amount of time that my work was due late and that I've missed work, those money is well worth more than this fk laptop, seriously though, dell is a bloody joke. First time and absolutely will be the last
