According to the Moderator posts and other forum information, a 10 core is the highest that has been tested and certified for the T5610. Information can be found here and here.
Further checked on Userbenchmark and found no builds with E5-2651 v2, but do exist several builds with 12-Core E5-2695/2696/2697 v2. You may consider these CPUs instead.
