It is easy ...........

Uninstall the CD Burner in the Device Manager. 
Shutdown your system and open the case.
Swap the drives.  Make sure the DVD Burner is jumpered as Cable Select.
Close the system case and Restart.
Windows will detect and auto install the drive.
