Question about DVD/CD making touchpad making buzzing noise

Question

Whenever my DVD/CD player on my Insiron 9100 loads a CD, it creates a buzzing noise on my touchpad blue buttons (located on the bottom of the machine).  Are any of you experiencing, (or even not experiencing this) on your 9100?? Any input would be helpful   Thank you
