Inspiron 1150, Stop:c0000135

Question

After installed XP2,compueter started to slow, when uninstall XP2 a blue screen appear and show this msg.error; stop : c0000135{unable to locate component}  This application failed to start because winser was not found. Rre-installing the application may fix this problem, From where an how can I re-install this application? Thanks.

Never mind, the problem had been fixed after visiting many times this forum. I saw a link recommended by Denny Denham to BA910,the document is The # FA1056993 Dell support.Thank anyway.
