Hi,

Two things to try

1)

Obviously new keyboard

2)

In Control Panel, check that the language setting is correct for your keyboard

This is in Regional and Language Options 

Thaks for the tip. It did't work, though.
The service tech is comig today. I hope she fixes it this time.
