Error Message

Question

I am getting this error message on both my cd and dvd   'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)'   I have looked everywhere I cna think of for drivers can't find them what can I do????

Values with Registry Editor should help ..............
