Squeeze both green tabs (top and bottom) and slide the entire HD unit about an inch or so to the right until you can tilt out the top toward you and at that point the entire unit (HD) lifts out.
Make sure the "butterscotch" (color) flat cable is disconnected (both connectors) from the motherboard to give you room to remove. Good luck.
