For quite some time now, I have been experiencing 2 problems with the battery of my Alienware 17 R5.

First and  most problematic, my battery drains when my laptop is in standby mode and even when it's completely shutdown.

Secondly, when working on my laptop, the battery status indicates that i has a certain percentage (> 50%), but then suddenly it shuts down because the battery is empty.

As already noticed, the first problem is the most annoying. I searched on Google and on this Forum and found several topics, but without a clear solution for this problem.

I ran the diagniostic tool, and there it indicates that my battery is working good. Is it a software problem? Do i have to change my system settings?

I'm currently working with Windows 11, and my software is up to date according to the Dell support page.
