So I got my Alienware x15 R1 as I am migrating my OS to another drive, it crashes and I downloaded a new Windows 11 OS using Windows media creation tool, after that i downloaded all the alienware and dell Apps, fast forward I got an error I cant install the alienware command center, I asked for help from customer support he/she tried everything he/she can, and after hours of trying everything it works I already have Alienware Command center, but just now out of nowhere my laptop hangs, and upon checking the error in event viewer it says that AWCC.exe is the application hang or application error.

So my question is how can I return my laptop to the factory OS of alienware that has the built in defaults apps of Dell and Alienware?

Because I think I got the application hang error because of what I did since this is no longer the factory OS and I just manually downloaded all the dell alienware apps. 

From what I have remembered I already tried using the dell OS recovery tools but it is still not the factory OS that has alienware built in apps
