We are currently running OpenManage Essentials version 1.0.1 and I would like to upgrade to version 1.1; however, I have some concerns with the Gen8 servers loosing support.

 

Question(s):

 

What exactly does supported mean? What type of functionality will be lost for an unsupported model?

 

I'm looking for specifics, but I will take what I can get.
