Got a brand new Dell G3 laptop a week ago from Best Buy, using exclusively for running latest version of Virtual DJ and a USB controller to play songs.  Running fully updated Windows 10, all Denon Drivers newly installed. At least 5-6 times a night, about 20-40 minutes apart, the sound will pause for a second, like it has lost the signal. VDJ picks up the song a second later. This happens on both the Denon MC6000 and MC7000 I use. My old Dell works fine, haven't had ANY issues before this, either with the Denons or VDJ.

After chatting with the Ottawa DJ page and another CPDJA DJ, I have changed my power settings, done firmware and windows updates, and upgraded the priority of VDJ, and changed the USB cord and which port I plug the DJ controller into. Issue still persists - other DJs have commented on this with the G3 AND the G5 laptops from Dell.

Any thoughts or hints? Even the Geek Squad was stumped and BOTH Denon and Dell have ignored my support tickets. Help?? Feel free to post suggestions in the comments.  Thanks.
