Hi, I´m fairly new when it comes to computers' problems aside from what I think is basic stuff.

My laptop has been repeatedly asking me to restart my laptop so the DBUTILDRV2 device finishes setting up. I have restarted my device countless of times yet this notification keeps appearing. Is something wrong with my device? Does someone know how to fix this problem?
