Just to let everyone know I received the BEST tech. support from Mr. Steven Quiros. He was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and put in a ticket for a service rep. to come to the house and replace the video card and if necessary the motherboard on my 2 week old x51 R2. If all goes well maybe I won’t shoot the dam computer

I will say the OTHERS I spoke with where no help and did not log that I had called even through they said they did.
