When using word - then exiting I get a message that says "This file is in use by another application or user" (C:\Windows\...\Templates\Normal.dot) when I hit ok, it wants me to save if I hit cancel and try to exit it goes blank. I exit out and it says that Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal. Do you want to save those changes - WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT? - I have never had this problem. Running WIndows ME. Help if you can. Thanks
