Hi everyone,

my dell systems now 3 years old and i havent touched it evesince

 

my sys.:

intel p4 2519 Mhz

dimension 8250

motherboard:intel Tehama i850E

768 (RDRAM) -2*128 + 2*256 Samsung RIMM Module, PC 1066 (533 Mhz), 16 bit, 2,5 V

graphics:radeon 9800 pro

 

so now i`m thinking bout upgrading my RAM

 

1.i wanna exchang the 2 * 128`s by 2*512`s , that`d make 1,5 GB RAM

does that make sense or would one 512 or 2* 256 MB fit better?

 

2.wich kind of RAM do i have to buy:DDR DIMM----SDRAM-DIMM---DDR SO DIMM???

i can`t find RDRAM on the samsung homepage?

 

3.anything else i have to be aware of when buying new RAM sticks?motherboard?

 

srry if it`s a ``noob`` question
