Let's see if we can't make this become the question and answer thread. Ultimately we would like answers from Dell and hopefully people can come to this thread to post their questions and conerns regarding the XPS 700, and the answers will come from Dell. But if anyone has a question concerning the XPS 700/710 and future generations and Dell doesn't respond then we either help each other out and provide an answer,or we just jump right into speculaion.

 

I know it has been a long haul. I am into my 11th month with no system! Good grief, I purchased the 30 inch Dell Flat Panel back in March for $2199 and today it is selling for $1299! Sadly mine has never been used! I purchased 2 BFG nVidia 7900GTX cards 8 months ago and they have NO use. Just sitting in the box!  So I would like some answers. I have paid a hefty price and for someone to come along and tell me to just get rid of the machine it if you don't like it is very "unkind"and "insensitive".

 

I know that Dell is working towards a resolution. I believe that ChrisM has stuck these threads at the top, because the Dell leadership and engineers are looking at our feedback and concerns. They are looking because they realize that there is a wealth of information here. We are not wasting our time or Dell's by posting our questions and concerns. And it is not wrong to expect answers. Dell can handle our complaints and criticisms. Dell needs them.:smileyhappy:
