I have two new Dell XPS One 2710 Touch computers  running Win 8 that I am having touch screen problems with. The intermittent problem occurs on both computers. When I swipe from right to left on Start to bring up the Charm Bar, it will not appear. However, the mouse pointer does follow my finger movement. I cannot swipe from the bottom of the screen to bring up the "all Apps" bar either. Also, I cannot swipe to scroll in apps such as Bing or AOL Live. I have done a Refresh and a full Windows 8 reinstall on both computers and the problem is still present.

I think the problem is either driver or BIOS related but cannot locate any updates at Dell support that I trust to fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate the help.
