As stated on title, the CCC application on my studio xps 1645 with

Ati Mobiliti radeon HD 4670 and Win7 64bit is not oppening- working.  I did tried reinstalling/complete 

uninstall-reinstall, but nothing happens. I also downloaded the latest version but it ain't working.

Any help with this?
