Hi iv had this laptop for a week now and everything has been working fine but recently i have noticed that when i press the volume up/down/mute buttons theres a problem - everything is working still on screen but i cannot click or use the keyboard and i have to reboot and the volume dosent actualy ajust on most of the occasions the hdd light is solid on iv tried using old and new dell quickset programs with no success any help would be much appreciated its really anoying me
