My U2419H monitor is no longer recognizing HDMI cables? I have tried both functional HDMI to HDMI and USB-C to HDMI cables.

To backtrack to how the problem emerged, a couple of days ago I was using my U2419H when all of a sudden I got a blue screen error on my laptop. When I restarted my laptop, I got an error message for the USB-C port from my laptop while the U2419H displayed the message "No HDMI signal from your device".

I tested several other HDMI cables that all worked with other monitors, I no longer got the error message from my laptop, but my U2419H continued displaying the "No HDMI signal from your device" message.

I looked at other discussion threads and tried taking out all cables and pressing the power button for 8 seconds, but that did not solve the issue.
