Dell's vaunted sales staff sold me a B120 laptop without an internal wireless card (although I verified while placing the order over the phone that wireless was included) and since I let the 21-day return  period expire before testing the wireless on my wife's new system, I am now apparently not a concern.  Apparently this system should have shipped with the 1370 wireless mini PCI modem.  I can buy this from the Dell store, but apparently the cable (I presume antenna from a chat I performed with a Dell employee) is not available either with a modem or separately.  In other words, if you didn't get it with the laptop, you are so outta luck.  Any ideas that anyone can think of, other than creating my seventh case ID with "support"?  There are no CardExpress wireless modems at the moment (late March is what I was told by support again) and USB is not an option for mobile laptops.  This has definitely soured me on buying or recommending Dell in the future, something no one there seems to get through their heads.
