I recently ordered two no-name replacement products for various Dell computers from Amazon from different third party sellers. 

Both the battery and the charger were labeled as Dell although there were stickers placed over the Dell logos - a clear attempt to deceive. In addition, there are several differences between these and the originals.

Unsurprisingly, Amazon was uninterested even after one of the vendors told me that the charger was not dell (in Chinese/English translation meaning "I know it is counterfeit")

I'm clearly concerned that the battery, being counterfeit, is a safety hazard and that other buyers may think 'hey, I got a Dell battery for the price of a no-name. What a deal!' and be surprised when the battery implodes - then complaining that their Dell battery blew up.

Any thoughts on how to contact the Dell fraud department?

As I see it, there are a few possibilities:

The items are counterfeit

The items are stolen

The items are genuine Dell products that failed quality control, were disposed of and then resold.

Either way, I can't imagine why a company would want to advertise a no-name and then send a dell marked item.
