MFP E525w cannot scan from IPhone or Ipad

I am using the document hub app from App Store.  I can print but cannot scan from either device.  anyone else have this problem?

The Dell Document Hub app online guides do not actually go into that much detail concerning how to setup scanning from Apple devices. It just states that there is an Apple version of the software. You might ask the Apple users on their Forum if they have used the Dell Document Hub app and how they set it up.
