I keep getting a message on my screen saying that Dell Support Centre has stopped working and a solution is being sought.

I think maybe something has happened to this software but I am not knowledgable enough to be able to work it out for myself.

I have tried to start Dell Support centre from the Start Menu.  The logo appears but nothing else happens.

What do I have to do to get it working again?
