Hi there,

my XPS started having problems with the fun (always on) and I just restored windows 10 and Bios.

Now the fun seems ok, but the computer is totally blocked.

I started with F12 and now I've got this: 

Error Code: 2000-0142 , Hard Drive 0

should I change the hard drive?
