Hello,

Recently my vostro 1500 laptop got lost/stolen and I am trying to save up for a new one. However most laptops from dell come with vista now and I am wondering if it's possible to use my XP reinstalltion disk on a new laptop. Neither Microsoft or Dell could give me a solid answer to tell me if it would work or not. I might be buying the same laptop (vostro 1500) if that makes any difference.
