Windows Media Player Not Playing Dvd's
I need help please. I am helping a freind with his puter.The Windows Media Player is not working corrretly.I think the problem started when another program was deleted.The first message said i needed a decoder so I downloaded the Vista codec package.That messaged was resolved but now when I try to plaay a dvd it says to change the resolution.Did that and still no luck.The os is Vista sp1.Next thing I tried was to uninstall. When I tried that it says I need permission. I am on as the admin so what gives??? Thanks
