Cannot login to my gmail

I have the free version of wyse, and today I was trying to connect to my phone and my phone had no problem logging in, but when I tried logging in on my computer it says login failed.

My RDP port has been cleared so it goes through the firewall and I set the VNC port to 3389 and that is the same port as the RDP port, can someone please help me
