XPS 8940 Reinstalling Windows 11

I'm reinstalling Windows on my desktop. This is the first computer I've had that had dual internal hard drives (2 2TB drives). Usually when reinstalling Windows I just delete every existing partition and let Windows create the ones it needs during the install.

Drive 0 appears to be the data hard drive and Drive 1 appears to be the one where Windows is installed based on the partitions of each drive. Can I just delete all partitions like I do on my laptop, and will Windows create the needed partitions for each drive?

Here is a list of my partitions:

Drive 0 Partition 1 128.0 MB 128.0 MB MSR (Reserved)
Drive 0 Partition 2 1862.9 GB 1862.7 GB Primary
Drive 1 Partition 1: ESP 150.0 MB 75.0 MB

System

Drive 1 Partition 2 128.0 MB 128.0 MB MSR (Reserverd)
Drive 1 Partition 3: OS 1887.4 GB 1450.0 GB Primary
Drive 1 Partition 4: WINRETOOLS 990.0 MB 494.0 MB Recovery
Drive 1 Partition 5: Image 17.7 GB 144.0 MB Recovery
Drive 1 Partiion 6: DELLSUPPORT 1.4 GB 543.0 MB Recovery
Drive 1 Unallocated Space 10.0 MB 10.0 MB
