Hello all.

I am having a problem using universal generic USB (for extra USB ports)

My main problem is that I bought a generic hub (3 USB and HDMI) but when I plugged my mouse or keyboard into the generic HUB, my laptop (dell xps13) don't read it

In the beginning, I thought the generic USB I bought wasn't working so I bought another one, and same problem there,  finally my surprise was that I try it with another laptop and everything was working properly

I'm thinking that when I plug the generic USB into the laptop, the driver for the generic doesn't get installed.

I already check in device manager to reinstall it but nothing changes

I would greatly appreciate some help on this issue,
