Half screen
Hi Guys,
We are running vWorkspace 8.0
We noticed that some users when they login to vWorkspace they only can see half screen.
- They login and log out - they get half screen.
- We log them off/reset their connection via vWorkspace - they get half screen.
If you come across this issue please share your experience.

Hello Dana,
I've only seen this issue when someone has Dual Screens.
The User tries to connect with "Span Multimonitors when in full screen mode" but they see a little bit of screen on one monitor and some on another..
The cause for this was when the monitors were not lined up in the Display Properties on the Client Machines. Eg, the top line of the secondary monitor was about the top line of the primary.
I've never seen it on single monitor sessions. How many screens do the affected Users have?

Yeah, a screenshot would help.
Are you connecting to RDSH or VDI - what OS are you using ?
What are you connecting from ? (OS)
