License count exceeded
Just installed new release 7.2. Uninstalled the beta on my connection broker and 2 terminal servers and installed new verision. Got 25 licenses installed.
when connecting client using AppPortal I get a connection to terminal server, I get Preparing Desktop than get error message from QuestvWorkspace "The Quest vWorkspace license count has been exceeded. You will not be able to log on at this time." Any ideas?

If IPv6 is enabled on the brokers, disable it and try again... You may need to disable on the TS servers also...

Checked all 3 servers and IPv6 is disabled.

If you ping the Connection Broker using the Netbios name, do you see the correct IP address or is it an IPv6 address? We've seen this where the IPv6 address was registered in DNS so the servers tried to connect via that and couldn't .

I have also seen this issue today on a customer site with 7.2, however the error was being generated as they had not installed the Connection Broker role, therefore the broker server was not registered in the database. Can you check the Quest Connection Broker service is running and that the broker is registered in the DB?
My understanding is that during the install of 7.2 IPv4 is made the preferred network, therefore IPv6 should not be the issue.

Problem Solved by a reboot of the terminal servers.
