Problems with I/O (Screen, Mouse, Keyboard) vWorkspace 7.6

We are using vWorkspace 7.6.305.791 (Web Access, Connection Broker, Client Software) with Hyper V (Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise)

When we connect via Web Access to a VDI we determine slow Performance with I/O Devices like screen, keyboard, mouse and display. Everything seems to be a little delayed. For example if you start notepad and enter some text, the characters appear delayed on the screen. Even if you go through the start menu everything is delayed. If you connect directly to the console on the Hyper V Server with the same user everything seems to be fine. So there is no hardware performance issue. The Ressources on the hyper v server are also okay and there seems to be no lack of ressourecs.

The following settings are on :

EOP Audio is Enabled

We are connectiing through rdp protocol

EOP Flash & Multimedia Accelaration is enabled and the rest is off

Does somebody of you have a simliar problem or some idea's ?
