Weird problem
I have a weird problem. It is very similar to the one described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830265 .
I cannot open or save Office 2010 documents on the network! What makes it really strange is that it seems to be related to PNTOOLS. When logging on “Locally” thru VMM or standard RDP, Office works fine but when logging on with AppPortal/webaccess it does not. After uninstalling PNTOOLS (version 7.1.369) Office works when logging on with AppPortal/webaccess. No other problems when accessing network shares (DFS).
Client and VM (hyper-V) is running W7. Nothing more than operatingsystem and Office installed.
vWorkspace is version 7.1.

This is a known issue... There is a hotfix being tested for this.... Log a support call and I'm sure you can get access to the test to.

Hello Håkan,
As mentioned by Daniel, I would recommend opening a Support Case so this issue can be investigated further.

Since it was a known problem I thought that adding burden on the support guys wouldn’t be helpful…
I solved it temporally by downgrading PNTools to version 7.1.360.
