I sent my Dell Inspiron 13 for repairs. Dell service tech found an issue with the mother board and I paid $342 for repairs. After that I was called by the Tech and told that my LCD screen was flickering and needs to be replaced. My issue is that this should have been diagnosed during the initial process because I paid $527 for this computer and now I will have paid $500 to repair it when I could have just purchased a new computer. This is unreasonable !!!!
