Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. I am your Dell-Cares contact for order related queries. Unfortunately, our customer service is currently unavailable. We are available Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us on any of these days and we will be glad to assist you. Thanks for being a loyal Dell Technologies customer.
If you're talking about the Windows login password on the ECT1250, the easiest first step is to confirm whether you're using a Microsoft account or a local Windows account.
If it's a Microsoft account, you can reset the password from Microsoft's account recovery page and then connect the PC to the internet and sign in with the new password.
If it's a local Windows account and you've forgotten the password, the available recovery options depend on how the account was configured. I wouldn't recommend trying random password-reset tools, especially on a new PC.
Since the PC is only two months old, I'd also have the Dell service tag/ownership information ready. If Windows doesn't offer a password-reset option, Dell Support can verify ownership and guide you through the proper recovery process without risking the files on the machine.
