Error de software
He comprado una DELL inspiron 5770, y cuando me llegó y la prendí me salió el siguiente error.The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) ocurred in the application at location 0x00000000761C08B2. Me gustaría saber como solucionarlo o que alternativas tengo
