7480 Instability

Is anyone else seeing intermittent freezing / crashing issues with their Latitude 7480s? I have at least three units that have been to Dell's Depot for review. Unfortunately, the issue returns to the laptops shortly thereafter.

In general, my process is to:

(1) unbox a 7480

(2) push Windows 10 v2004 with drivers from Dell's Enterprise CAB via Microsoft's Deployment Toolkit

(3) boot the newly-imaged laptop and run Dell Command Updates to install new drivers/BIOS

(4) install the latest Windows Updates

Once done, the systems seem fine until a freeze/crash occurs. That could be minutes, hours, or days later - though it seems to reliably happen within a week. The system could also be sitting idle on a counter when that happens, or under heavy load. There doesn't seem to be much correlation there.

This same setup process is working without instability issues on Latitude 7390s, 7490s, and 7400s. Keep in mind that the Enterprise CAB file is model-specific, so I'm pushing 7480 drivers to the 7480s, 7490 drivers to the 7490s, etc.

All of the impacted 7480s pass Dell Diagnostics, even when run in 'Thorough' mode.

These systems are running Intel i7 (7th Gen) processors, with 256GB SSDs, and 16GB RAM. I am imaging them with Windows 10 Enterprise (v2004).
