As the title stated, when i clicked on shutdown(very sure it is) the system shuts off, monitor off, but the pc itself is still on, lights and fans seems to be running. In order to completely shut it off, i need to push the power button for a force shut down, which will cause damage to the pc in the long run. Is there any solutions?
