The dell monitor is in power save mode on start up. I know it is not the tower. because it works with the tv with a vga cord aswell. I need it to work with the moniter. I looked at some other help options and I took out the battery cell in the motherboard and it did not make a differnce. help. this has happened even when I switched monitors.
