ON-flash sofware removed from E6410 machine. Now when i reinstall it i get 'flash module not present'

The ON-flash worked correctly before being uninstalled and now it will not reinstall.

it is not a hardware error as if i put in a drive from a working machine the ON-flash works.

Dell support simply refered me to the driver installation order list, and so were no help whatsoever.

i have tried installing the full firmware file R271111, the config app R271098 and the Reader App R272851

The firmware will not install and returns 'No Flash device is detected....ON Flash cannot be installed'

The App installs but when run returns... Error Message 'Flash Module Not found'

Help anyone??
