Couple questions

#1What dell precision desktop already has a 8pin and 6pin GPU connector?

#2 Ignoring the first question, i am thinking about upgrading to a Radeon Pro W5700, it requires a 8pin and 6pin, i have a 685w PSU which i use for my W5500 Radeon Pro GPU, my question is, how can i add a 8pin connector for the w5700 if i decided to buy it?

I might just end up buying a Radeon Pro w6600, which my current PSU/setup will be just fine for, but if i did buy the w5700, i was curious about the questions above. Thanks.
